Outside the Box Cancer Therapies: CH 3,4

Originally aired on February 21, 2019 on ctrnetwork.com

In today’s program Dr. Anderson will look at the topics included in the third and fourth chapters of “Outside the Box Cancer Therapies”. Controversy surrounds oncology from all sides. In today’s program Dr. Anderson will use Chapters 3&4 from the book to talk about the similarities and differences in conventional and integrative oncology approaches. As he spoke about on the last program there is no “right or wrong” answer but rather a rational answer which is specific to each person who has cancer. What makes something “integrative” and are there things that fit both categories? Why would I need surgery, radiation or chemotherapy and how do they work? What are the risks of these approaches? Can integrative oncology help?

Chapter 3: CONTRASTING CONVENTIONAL AND INTEGRATIVE ONCOLOGY

Chapter 4: UNDERSTANDING CONVENTIONAL THERAPIES
