QUESTION: How much NAD would you add to an IV for a patient with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia?
ANSWER: I have done a few hundred NAD+ / nutrient IVs in CFS and FMS and many thousands without the NAD. I don’t see a lot of difference. I do see a difference when adding PolyMVA and other neuro supports. But as a cost justification I don’t do NAD products in CFS and FMS anymore.
