QUESTION: I am interested in knowing if you’ve ever used IV curcumin in progressed palliative situations where the patient has a chronic, full bowel obstruction.
ANSWER: Bottom line is that with IV Curcumin the bile dump is so GI stimulating I don’t think I’d chance it with a full obstruction. I’d do the IVC. Too bad but that’s the bottom line.
