In this show Dr. A and Cameron have a back and forth conversation about the average person’s view of supplements, how confusing they can be at the store and how overwhelming the process can be. Dr. A gives some advice for basics beyond diet and they discuss the better and worse ways of employing dietary supplements. The issues around some workout drinks and some energy drinks are discussed. Also a quick review of the recent Active Vitamin B3 study (of NAD) and cardiovascular effects during weight loss. .
