In this webcall Dr. Anderson will describe the clinically relevant issues surrounding dosing of substances (Oral and Injection / IV) in the “renally compromised” patient.  Additionally strategies for stabilizing and potentially healing the renal system will be discussed.  Monitoring and case management will be emphasized.
