Multiple Sclerosis is complex and can be difficult to manage medically. There are many potentiallydangerous comorbidities and proper diagnosis and management are critical. In addition to this, insome cases underlying pathology triggering the neurological autoimmune state may be assessedand treated. This case-based discussion of Multiple Sclerosis will discuss the pathogenesis,pharmacology, and assessment of underlying triggers.
